What Black Mountain Donates:

We donate our original, handwrought, sterling silver jewelry designs for Charities to use in live or silent auctions and raffles in order to help them raise money.

Donations will be given in a gift box with a receipt declaring the value and description of the item. We also provide business cards and small biographies about our business that may be put on display with the item(s) during the fundraiser or used to the best benefit of the event as seen fit.

How To Request A Donation:

All charitable donation requests are to be made through our website using the Charitable Donation Request Form.

You will receive a response in seven business days after submitting the form.

When To Request A Donation:

Unfortunately, we are unable to support every charity that requests a donation; therefore, donations are given on a first come first served basis and through our discretion. We recommend you put a request in through the provided form at the beginning of the fiscal year. Once our resources have been used we will accept no more donation requests until the next fiscal year. We do not have a waiting list for donation requests; those wishing to obtain a donation are advised to keep a watch on our Charitable Donation Request homepage for when we will be accepting more applications.

We suggest you make your request for the donation far in advance of its need. We will be unable to fulfill requests in which we do not have the proper time to prepare. The more time you give us, the better.
